Lockheed Martin RMS in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a Systems and Software Engineering College Intern for their Infrastructure, Communications, & Network team to support multiple Integrated Warfare Systems & Sensors (IWSS) Line of Business (LOB) programs. This role will involve a combination of software development and systems engineering. Tasking could include scripting updates, data analysis, software design/development, or configuration of the network and operating environment to function with various computer programs using a development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) approach.
Basic Qualifications:
• Pursuing a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or similar technical degree field
• Coursework in Object Oriented Programming/Design, Software Development, Databases, Information Systems, Computer Architecture, Cybersecurity, Networking, Operating Systems, or similar technical courses
• Must be willing to work onsite in Moorestown, NJ
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance to be considered for this position
Desired Skills:
• Experience with Linux, Software lifecycle development, or various Programming Languages (C++, Java, etc)
• Experience with Ansible or other automation tools, including unit testing suites (JUnit, CppUnitLite, etc)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team based environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
