　　As our Systems Engineer, you will own the infrastructure and servers that host our SaaS solution that support thousands of companies worldwide. 　　What You Will Do:

　　Deploy and manage Windows and/or Linux serversBuild, support and troubleshoot IIS, AWS services, Tomcat or Apache web serversAutomate the deployment of servers and applicationsProvide application support, patch management, performance tuning and monitoring for our SaaS productsMonitor systems, review logs and manage system backupsWork closely with our DevOps team to deploy codeOwn your system and application documentation for process improvementParticipate in a 24x7 on-call rotation with some off-hour and weekend support

　　What You Will Need:

　　A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; IT Certification desired5+ years of web server experience with 2+ years AWS experience with administration, configuration, performance tuning and troubleshooting. VMware experience desiredExperience hosting a SaaS applicationHands-on experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems including troubleshooting all aspects of the server Operating environmentBasic understanding of LAN/WAN network architecture, TCP/IP, protocols and best practicesThe ability to learn new systems and technologies quicklyAbility to coordinate projects and work assignments with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesSelf-motivated with outstanding organization skills and attention to detail
