Responsibilities
Noblis ESI is searching for an individual who can apply knowledge of systems engineering (emphasis on modeling, DevSecOps, cloud-based enterprise/architecture (C2S) processes and agile methodologies) to be the interface for the program with other internal tool programs and the organization’s mission integration group. The Systems Engineer will be the liaison between the program and other internal organizations for tool’s integration, modeling support, and aligning Program Epics to organizational Solution Epics. The Systems Engineer will work closely with the Program Manager, Program Architect and Product Epic Owners in representing the program to other internal organizations.
Job Duties
Serve as a point of contact representing the program working across internal organizations to ensure alignment
Work with the Program Architect and Product Owners to ensure Program Epics align to Organizational Solution Epics
Provide status to the mission integration group on Program Epics
Participate in planning and demos of Portfolio Epics
Support the mission integration group with program MBSE models
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of experience working in the DoD and the IC
Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
Software design, development, and delivery of systems architectures’ knowledge
Requirements Management experience
Working knowledge of Agile Requirements Management
Ability to travel 25% or less
Excellent written and verbal communication
Organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills
Specific knowledge in:
SAFe Agile methodologies
MBSE Modelling expertise
Cloud infrastructure environments
DevSecOps
Desired Qualifications
Project/ Program Management Experience
Agile certification and/or Modeling certification, or ability to obtain
Cameo Modeler expertise

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status. Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package for employees.
