Requirements:
Hardware Support experience
Vmware, Server
V-Center, Vsphere
Active Directory and experience managing user accounts
Virtualization experience
Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain the organization's IT systems, servers, and networks
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure maximum uptime and reliability
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Provide technical support to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
Assist in setting up and troubleshooting various software applications and tools
Supporting end users via the ticketing systems
