System Administrator (ITSM)
About This Role
IntelliDyne, LLC is seeking a System Administrator to support a new ITSM initiative for one of our existing contracts. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security.
Location: Washington, DC
Clearance: Must be eligible for DOD Top Secret (Active DOD Secret or higher preferred)
Type: Exempt
Responsibilities:
Actively develop improvement initiatives and solutions to enhance documentation and improve processes.
Monitor processes to ensure standard operating procedures are followed and that corresponding service tickets are addressed within identified SLA(s)
Setup SLAs, escalations, ITSM roles and system customizations
Analyze daily, weekly and monthly operational metrics, and format data into Excel and Custom PowerBI reports
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures
Help develop and implement process improvements and assist with other projects which improve or are in support of departments and group's goals
Embed pages into Web Parts and modifications
Build browser-based mobile applications
Create RPAs
Qualifications:
4+ years’ experience with IT Service Management tools
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
Hands on experience with an ITSM application such as Cherwell, Service Now or Remedy (Cherwell experience preferred)
Experience with embedding pages with SharePoint
Scripting experience: SQL, PowerShell, VBScript, JavaScript, etc
Experience with ASP.NET
Experience with Drupal
Experience with 508 compliance
Able to setup sites, configure authentications such as SAML and Intranet access
Familiarity with .NET Framework and its components as general and the types of applications such as building console applications(.EXE) or web applications that are hosted on IIS (internet information server)
Have knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
Resolve Automate experience desired
