　　Descriptions: UNC-Wilmington Campus Dining Sustainability is accepting student internship applications to serve as Sustainability Ambassadors. The chosen applicants will have the opportunity to participate in educational outreach events and gain experiential knowledge in the field of food service sustainability. Campus Dining Sustainability programs include multi-stream waste diversion, microgreens and shoots, aquaponics, hydroponics, environmental grants and certifications, sustainability education, and more!

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Team members will work collaboratively on all projects and events, but each Ambassador will be assigned as the Lead on one of the following programs.

　　Maintenance of Microgreens and Hydroponics OperationAquaponics System MonitoringEvents ManagementSocial Media/MarketingGeneral Office Assistance and Research

　　Monday-Friday, flexible schedule within business hours. Occasional evening hours may be requested.

　　Qualifications

　　? Previous custodial experience preferred

　　? Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs.

　　? Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals

　　This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
