The Team:
The Enterprise Climate Program Management Office is a new team and part of the Global Strategy & Enterprise Platforms organization. This team was formed in May 2022 to ensure the enable and support the company to achieve its climate objectives to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, prepare front line units to adopt and own new processes and capabilities, and ensure clear roles & responsibilities across the company for climate, consistent with the Company's risk framework.
Role Description:
Responsible to provide project management in support of EMEA region and legal entities for the Enterprise Climate Program to enable and ensure our Company, our clients and our supply chain achieve net zero greenhouse gas emission commitments, while preparing our front-line units to adopt and own new processes and capabilitiesIdentifying and understanding key drivers of a business (financial and non-financial information) and analysing how these could be impacted by ESG factors, for example the transition to Net Zero and regulatory requirements on Climate RiskManages one or more EMEA entities and its portfolio. Serves as secondary contact to senior leaders responsible for critical change projects and provides assistance to staff.Plans, organizes, monitors and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion.Develops and socializes potential risk mitigation strategies. Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed.Responsible for maintaining project records in systems of record and project documents.

Established project management skills, including the ability to balance multiple projects/workstreams across a large programmeFamiliar knowledge of the Company's eight lines of business and control functions, with relationships and relationship management skills required to navigate our CompanyExperience in remediating internal audit issues and evidencing remediationAbility to work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple LOB's and support functions, demonstrating sufficient knowledge to understand potential impacts across LOB'sKnowledge and adherence of Enterprise Change Management policy, standards, tools and system of recordRegulatory change management & implementationFamiliar with EMEA / regional / legal entity organizational and committee structures
