As a Surgical Acute Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Driving 3M revenue by developing and managing relationships with key clinical decision-makers to understand and fulfill account service, clinical education, training, and in-servicing needsLeveraging current customer relationships to drive V.A.C. and Surgical Solution adoption/usageIdentifying new patients that could benefit from 3M therapyPresenting and reinforcing 3M value proposition to differentiate 3M from competitive offeringsManaging the sales territory by setting a territory plan to efficiently drive strategic goals (revenue quotas), which includes calling on physicians directlyUsing training and in-servicing sessions to improve wound care and surgical solutions knowledge in the Hospital and Surgical SuiteCompany Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher AND five (5) years of combined years of experience in medical devices and/or healthcare in a private, public, government or military environment.OR
High School Diploma/GED from AND nine (9) years of combined years of experience in medical devices and/or healthcare in a private, public, government or military environment.Current, valid Driver's LicenseAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Medical device and /or pharmaceutical sales experienceClinical wound care and/or patient facing care experienceCompletion of a formal sales training programExperience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and OutlookFor current employees, internal transfer restrictions may not apply. Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,645 - $168,232, which includes base pay plus var able incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
