Description
As a Supervisor HR Operations, you will be responsible for providing effective & timely service support for our employees, managers, and HR team. The support will evolve around resolving questions and issues related to HR processes like - Performance, Bonus, Probation, invoicing, HR Support, R&R support, L&D support, new hire sessions, HR Ops support, ELC support etc.
Key responsibilities: -
• Lead and develop the People solutions team members to drive activities to maximize performance and operational excellence and manage HR data quality and integrity.
• Manage and improve employee lifecycle processes for optimized and smooth function of HR services.
• Setting up processes to review ongoing and instant data management.
• Track and report on global HR Operations Processes.
• Create knowledge base and process documents for internal HR processes.
• Work in proximity with various HR teams at both local & global level.
• Initiating best practices with teams for smoother functioning.
• Training the team with various HR operations processes.
• Collaborate with global HR team to deliver employee centric solutions.
• Manage first level escalations and escalate issues as required to appropriate teams for resolutions and maintain ownership of issues through to resolutions.
• Support HR operational projects
Qualifications
• Degree/Certification in HR Management (preferably MBA)
• Great communication as well as interpersonal skills
• 7-8 years proven work experience as a HR Operations or similar role.
• Should be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced and ever-changing business environment.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders across organization levels.
• Able to work on different shifts
