Job Description
The Support Service Supervisor will typically supervise entry-level employees and is responsible for the food and facilities contract at the site and its compliance with the standards established by Aramark, regulatory agencies and client. Leads departments of all services managed. Establishes and maintains effective working relationship with other departments to provide a unified experience for everyone on site.
Job Responsibilities
Ensures compliance to food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards.Interacts with Client Management and maintains effective client and customer relations at all levels of client organization, including conducting rounding. Identifies Aramark service expansion opportunities.Provides overall direction and manages performance for all Food Service front line employees, ensuring employee development, engagement and compliance with human resource related policies and standards, including conducting applicable rounding.Directs, staffs, and trains food service department regarding food presentation, quality, cost control, and cash handling.Ensures compliance with appropriate infection prevention, safety, OSHA, Joint Commission and regulatory standards.Mentor employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved.Reward and recognize employees.Ensure safety and sanitation standards in operation are compliant with Aramark and client's regulations.Ensures compliance with all contract obligations.

Qualifications
Healthcare Food Service management, Environmental, Facility role in large complex site preferred.Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) effectively with clients, customers of the client and support staff.Requires management and leadership skills and the ability to work with confidential employee, client, and Aramark informationRequires 1-3 years of related experienceInstitutional cleaning knowledge and experience
