  About the role:

  The Support Learning & Development team is looking for a Training Coordinator to ensure that onboarding and ongoing learning experiences are well-organized, thoroughly communicated and engaging. You will work closely with Samsara’s Support Enablement Specialists, Support Workforce Management, and our frontline Support leaders to coordinate live and virtual/online training for a growing 24x7 Global Customer Support team. The role reports to the Support Learning & Development Manager and sits on the Support Operations team. This role will require you to work from our Mexico City office as needed to handle support escalations.

  You must reside within a 1.5 hour commuting distance from the office.

  In this role, you will:  Organize, schedule, and communicate the details of training sessions for onboarding and ongoing training across multiple global time zones Work with our BizTech/IT team to ensure new employees have the systems access they need for their role Track the progress and performance of new agents during and after onboarding Track course completions for Technical Support in our Learning Management System Provide feedback to our content teams on knowledge documentation and training materials to ensure they are accurately maintained Perform user testing of training content in the Learning Management System to ensure it functions properly Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices Minimum requirements for the role:

  2+ years of experience coordinating live and remote training events Expert use of Slack, Zoom, Google Calendar Stellar organization skills, lending to the ability to manage the details of multiple training events at the same time across global time zones Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving mentality An ideal candidate also has:

  Proficiency using Google Sheets for reporting Experience with a Learning Management System such as Lessonly Bilingual English/Spanish
