Job Description
We are looking for a Support Consultant in Business Intelligence (BI). You will act as a subject matter expert for our BI services in the multi-national global Continental Tires organization.
As Support Consultant BI & Data Analytics these will be your key responsibilities :
Design solution enhancements jointly in a team with business experts and IT specialists;Execute Service requests to provide catalogued BI standard services for diverse BI applications;Assess the impact of new requirements on the solution;Identify relevant business data, processes and transactions and build a data model following best practice design principles;Analyze incidents and implement sustainable error solutions;Prepare and execute unit and performance tests;Monitor your BI app to provide a stable and reliable service for our customers;Apply state of the art agile software development methodologies according to Conti Tires project management standards;Explain and inform your solution design (verbal and in written form), both to a technical and non-technical audience;Ensure SLA compliance of application operations for your service.Additional Information

QualificationsAcademic degree in Computer Science, Economics, or an equivalent qualification;Experience and passion in providing customer facing IT solutions;Knowledge and experience in programing languages;First experience in Microsoft Power BI;Excellent communication skills;Intercultural sensitivity;Professional working proficiency in English;Team player.Company Description
