　　What you will do-

　　You will help create an overall supply plan for a defined scope within the Service space. The role will interface with production, procurement, finance, IBP, and others to ensure an integrated approach to supply planning within Service. You will also be responding to the demand requirements from the business and ensuring that there is supply plan in place to communicate what needs to be produced and purchased to the manufacturing and supply base within the franchise. You will plan, schedule, and monitor inbound movement of materials from internal and external suppliers. You will determine the material requirements and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production, and engineering.

　　Critical success factors / key deliverables:

　　Execute purchasing and manage Stryker products to achieve targets and objectivesMonitor PO and shipment status with suppliers and transact information into SAP systemLiaise with logistics team to deliver products in a timely manner at the lowest possible cost and the shortest lead time with most efficient delivery way to achieve customer satisfactionCorrespond with internal and external suppliers for open & backorder management and supply issues such as packaging, shipping, PLCM, demand forecast and ERP systemSupport the manufacturing process through relevant metric reporting and summary of risks, opportunities, & key supply decisions required.Participate in the development of the supply planning strategy and implement relevant elements within the service planning teamParticipate in PLCM and other supply related global projects to ensure supply plans are developed, communicated, and executed in support of the project timelinesMeasure, analyzes, and report key process metrics, while monitoring adherence to key performance indicators (KPI) that are assigned to this position

　　Bachelor's degree- requiredExperience in demand/supply planning/purchasing- highly preferredKnowledge on Lean or Six Sigma- highly preferredExperience with SAP- highly preferred
