Overview
This role will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise:
Responsibilities
Provides daily work direction to frontline associates (OVER THE ROAD DRIVERS CDL-A)Uses technical systems for reporting and analyticsLeads daily performance meetingsConducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective actionRequiered travel 10% of the timeMakes daily decisions impacting the businessHandles all team performance and personnel issuesManages time and payroll systems
Compensation & Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $55,400 - $83,900 based on a full-time schedule
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
High School Diploma requiredAssociates degree or equivalent background preferred Experience in Traffic Preferred3 + years' experience in Supervising Others PreferredExperience with DOT regulationsGood Verbal and Written Communication SkillsExperience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others - Take Others With YouAble to Instruct and Teach OthersSkills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing WorkTroubleshooting and Problem Solving CapabilitiesKnowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures Mechanical and Technical Aptitude
