POSITION SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Production Planner is responsible for the planning and scheduling of Sanofi's in-house production, which supports the corporate service level and inventory objectives.
This role offers a hybrid schedule with three (3) days required in office.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Detailed scheduling of packaging and processing lines for short range (2-3 month) horizon balancing inventory needs, capacity utilization and changeover impact.
Coordinate with Plant Operations, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Customer Service and Distribution to ensure timely execution of production schedule and fulfillment of customer sales orders.
Provide component/ingredients needs via planned orders in SAP to Materials Planning to generate Materials Requirement Plan.
Participate in weekly scheduling meeting to determine the best production plan to meet customer service requirements and to maximize plant OEE.
Establish and maintain Item Bills of Materials, Recipes, Production Versions, and other pertinent information within SAP system.
Plan and implement packaging and/or product changes consistent with Marketing objectives, while minimizing inventory obsolescence.
Plan new product or line extension launches consistent with Marketing & Sales timelines.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's Degree, preferred
Experience
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in CPG/OTC Supply Chain or Materials Management preferred.
Professional Skills
Knowledge of SAP system preferred, or other ERP system.
Proficient in PC skills, especially MS Office
Role Specific Competencies
Sound knowledge of supply chain processes including manufacturing, planning, demand and replenishment processes
Strong problem solving and analysis skills
Strong communication and team building skills
Ability to lead cross-functionally while balancing multiple priorities
Detailed oriented, yet agile enough to support a fast-moving consumer healthcare company demands.
