Supply Chain Planner (Junior/Senior)

　　 MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

　　We are currently looking for Supply Chain Specialists to join the Global Planning HUB in Granollers (Barcelona). We need experienced professionals and as well junior profiles.

　　The Planning Hub is dedicated to Luxury and Consumer Beauty products, overseeing all elements of the E2E supply cycle - from materials sourcing, their conversion into finished goods, and finally their distribution to the customers worldwide.

　　The Hub is co-located with the Granollers Factory, a flagship production site in the global supply network of COTY.

　　Our responsibilities cover most of the Supply Chain functions, such as: material supply, production planning, distribution planning, Master Data management, inventory management and project management of new product launches or transformations.

　　English is our work language .

　　 THE ROLE

　　This position supports the Global Supply Chain Planning Team with an opportunity to collaborate alongside supply chain professionals to make a direct contribution to business results.

　　We are fast-paced multi-functional and multi-cultural planning team.

　　We execute with excellence the daily operations in these departments:

　　Material planning : in charge of delivering service and inventory for a portfolio of global suppliers Material Supply Management : development of the relationship and agility projects with vendors Production planning : in charge of delivering service and inventory for a selection of manufacturing lines, as well capacity levelling Sub-contractor planning: in charge of delivering service and inventory for products outsourced to external manufacturers Distribution planning : in charge of risk management (risk of products being out of stock); point of contact for the markets; responsible for delivering the right product quantity at the right time to the right place

　　 As a Junior Planner You Will

　　Are graduates of Higher Education studies (Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business being preferable) Have already some initial experience in Supply Chain Are fluent in English (this is our working language) Possess very good Excel skills (large database management and basic formulas) Have some basic command of SAP (preferable) Are proactive, curious, and committed to deliver results Operate with discipline, outperform under pressure, and are organized Are very strong in communication skills and teamwork Can demonstrate solid ownership, autonomy, and excellent analytical skills Are interested in learning and developing their long-term career within the Supply Chain field

　　Possess Master Degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business being preferable) Have minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Are fluent in English (this is our working language) Possess elevated Excel skills (large databases management and complex formulas) Have good command of SAP Are very proactive, curious, and committed to over-deliver results Operate in discipline, outperform under pressure and are well organized Are very strong in communication skills and teamwork Can demonstrate outstanding ownership, autonomy, and excellent analytical skills Are passionate for continuous improvement Are interested in developing their long-term career within the Supply Chain field
