　　Responsibilities

　　Lead and manage the French Transport and M&M Support teams in the Hub.Manage the learning and development process of the Hub team.Coordinate work with BU stakeholders and cross functional Hub leaders.Monitor KPIs and assess performance.Support systems development and adaptation from the team.

　　Qualifications

　　Fluency in English and French (written and spoken C1)Bachelors in Engineering or management (Mech/Electr/Chem/Industrial)6-8 years experience demonstrated via managing and coaching a teamSC Operational business management knowledge beneficialAbility to handle pressure and active problem solving skillsExceptional written and oral communication, adapting approach by situation and audienceDemonstrated experience with MS Excel & Analytics tools and SAPStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teamsFlexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities
