This role will lead the North America Family Care Must Win Mission supply chain team to develop, prioritize and commercialize product and supply chain solutions across UCTAD bath and towels (Cottonelle, Scott Comfort Plus, Viva, Scott Towels) while building a team of operations/supply chain professionals capable of leading within the highly complex and technical UCTAD product and technology platform in the future.
In this role, you will:
Builds an assertive, proactive, results-oriented team that is passionate about winning through teamwork. Identifies and hires top-tier talent; maximizes team member effectiveness by providing ongoing coaching and feedback; creates opportunities for growth and development.Incumbent reports to the Sr. Director of Family Care Business Integration in KCNA Supply Chain. He/she provides direct and/or indirect leadership to the supply chain team involved with the Family Care Must Win Mission.Develop a prioritized portfolio of solutions for the FC Must Win Mission by turning consumer insights and product concepts, into commercialized products well aligned with technology capabilities and in close collaboration with R&E and other cross-functional partners.Ensure that all aspects of the Must Win Mission Supply programs and resources meet current and anticipated future supply chain and business needs. This includes responsibilities for development and commercialization of a pipeline of innovation for FC UCTAD based products (bath and towels).Build capital plans that support both short- and long-term innovation plans and a cadence that supports the on-going capability/capacity needs of the business. Facilitate management of key stakeholders to gain ELT endorsement on large capital initiatives. MWM anticipated capital spend more than $200MM across 10+ different but inter-connected programs/projects.Facilitate communication of MWM innovation plans with mill teams to bring visibility and collaboration to build trials to mitigate risk and successfully execute rollout plans.Ensure alignment on timeline and resourcing between staff R&E, staff capital, mill operations, and staff capital teams to deliver Must Win Mission project rollouts over the strategic horizon.Serve as a key member of the Intimate Care Category Leadership team and provides input on a broad range of issues in setting and delivering innovation, productivity, cost savings, and customer service of business unit plans and objectives.Build a team of solid and dotted-line operations/supply chain professionals capable of leading within the highly complex and technical UCTAD product and technology platform in the future.Work with category leadership to deliver upon business objectivesDeploy internal Supply Chain resources to deliver short- and long-term business results and define UCTAD technology development and commercialization plansSupport the implementation of business practices within the SC organization including Control Tower, IMF, LEAN, Portfolio Management and resource managementEnsure all work complies with corporate safety, regulatory, product safety and sustainability requirementsManage talent to consistently improve SC capabilitiesManage teams and self in accordance with the One K-C BehaviorsEnsure that all elements of the corporate Human Resources Development and Diversity policy are fully supported.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering discipline10+ years industrial experience or another equivalent combination of education and experiencePrior experience with Family Care UCTAD asset/technology platform requiredPrior staff operations supply chain experience
Preferred Qualifications (not essential, but desired):
Prior mill operations experiencePrior experience in R&E
