Description
North America Last Mile and Middle Mile Supply Chain team is looking for a self-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead start up purchasing activity and program management for innovative new projects in the IT category, for our last mile and middle mile delivery stations. You'll work to deliver improved safety, ergonomics, productivity, cost and sustainability to the last and middle mile through your work!
Key job responsibilities
· Support all IT ordering for new delivery station launches.
· Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to understand the specific needs of capital projects.
· Place purchase orders
· Work with approriate stake holders to resolve invoice and payment discussions as well as issues with shipment tracking to preserve launch timelines.
·Participate in program level coordination meetings and communicate changes to field Operations stakeholders involved in launching new dentations.
· Compile pertinent metrics and publish to program milestones on a daily basis.
· Coordinate the needs of multiple launching capital projects simultaneously to ensure materials and supplier agreements are delivered with the right speed and quality.
· Act as the central hub for information regarding IT startup ordering for all new launch sites.

Basic Qualifications
2+ years of program or project management experience
1+ years of supply chain experience
3+ years of program or project management experience
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
2+ years of supply chain experience
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
Experience in MS Access and SQL
Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $47,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $112,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
