Eaton's Power Systems Division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Manager. This position is located at our Lincoln Ave location in Waukesha, WI. Relocation assistance will be provided within the US/PR.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $101250.0 - $148500.0 a year.

What you'll do:
The Supply Chain Manager, as part of the Senior Leadership Team will plan, direct, and coordinate all materials functions for the plant, including inter-unit, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Sales Inventory and Operations Planning, Production Control, Receiving, VMI's, MRO's, and Shipment of Product. They will manage a team of supply chain professionals while planning and managing the procurement of a large variety of complex materials and services to effectively support the production requirements for the plant.
Manages and reviews inputs (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process (SIOP), cycle counting, physical inventory, profit planning) and controls (min./max. levels, lead times, etc.) of the ordering process to ensure that inventory levels (purchase parts, WIP, finished goods, consignment, in-transit etc.) to meet Plant, Division and Corporate expectationsBalances and coordinates the work loads and responsibilities of the employees within the Materials Planning/Scheduling function to support Plant level metrics.Develop and maintain effective contacts and working relationships with key suppliers.Manage and oversee the award and administration of purchase orders and agreements in accordance with established company policies and procedures; resolve promptly any supplier problems.Leads organization in attaining key metrics, including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost out. Leads cross-functional process improvement teams.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institutionMinimum three (3) years of experience in Supply Chain or Operations ManagementMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering or MBA from an accredited institution Experience developing and controlling production schedules and inventory levelsMinimum one (1) year experience demonstrated leadership experience
