Eaton's ES AMER PCS PCD division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Management Project Lead.

　　The expected annual salary range for this role is $88,499 - $129,799 a year.

　　What you'll do:

　　Lead PCD supply chain related projects from beginning to end, including defining potential suppliers, target costs and other key constraints, as well as managing RFQ's and supplier selection, tool and part qualification steps and initial deliveries.

　　Coordinate with other department process owners (Engineering, Production, Operations, Supplier Quality and Finance) as required to execute project activities.Leverage standard processes and digital tools to conduct work in the most effective mannerLead the identification and management of supplier risk action plansDrives results related to key performance metrics that may include:

　　Achieving resiliency through dual sourcing, consignment and other meansAchieving sourcing savings and cost competitiveness goalsMinimizing Material Inflation ImpactLead, facilitate or execute other SCM related projects for PCD as required Ensure compliance to all purchasing policies and exhibit excellent Ethical behavior

　　Qualifications:

　　Basic (Required) Qualifications

　　Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing.Minimum of 5 years of experience in or related to supply chain and project managementNo relocation is being offered for this position. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of location(s) listed in job description to be considered. Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now and in the future.

　　Strong communication skillsAdvanced PC skills (MS Office, MS Project, AS400 MS Outlook)Experience in controlling costs, materials warehouse, APICS, Eaton quality Systems (EQS), Enovia document control system and / or area of Manufacturing. Knowledge of MAPICS / Vista/Oracle.Project Management functional knowledge expertise combined with a strong process, and system thinking mindset to consistently make quality operational decisions; when ambiguity may existAble to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyNegotiation skills
