Eaton's IS AER MSD division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Compliance Manager.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $88499.97 - $129799.96 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you'll do:
The Supply Chain Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing Government compliance activities to support our US Government and Military customer requirements while meeting company objectives. Analyzes data, develops solutions and strategy to ensure ongoing compliance. Manages all reporting cadences for compliance and cost initiatives.
• Develop/implement FAR/DFARS compliant procurement business system
• Maintain USG compliant Purchasing Processes Manual
• Monitor/update Terms & Conditions
• Develop/ maintain processes & procedures for FAR/DFAR compliance
• Small Business Liaison Officer which will oversee and enhance Orchard Park's Small Business Program by acting as an advocate for small business, establishing strong relationships within the small business supply base, putting together Small Business Plans, and reporting semi-annually Individual Subcontracting Plans
• Responsible SC Management by supporting social, economic and environmental objectives - including Conflict Minerals, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Slavery, Human Trafficking, and REACH.
• Manage annual Supplier Representations and Certifications
• Assist in USG compliance responsibilities
• Develop/conduct training on USG procurement compliance topics
• Conduct/participate in audits for USG procurement compliance
• Maintain and improve procurement compliance processes
• Develop/implement Non-Disclosure Agreement processes
• Manage Supplier Non-Disclosure Agreements
• Assist in drafting/reviewing contractual documents
• Assist in ensuring customer contract obligations are adequately flowed to the supply base
• Assist in the development/implementation of FAR/DFARS compliant Small Business Subcontracting Program
• Performs all operations according to prescribed safety principles
• Actively promote and enforce adherence to S|H|E rules and procedures
• Identify and effect change to reduce risks of harm and minimize waste and resources used
• Communicate to employees, visitors and customers that health and safety and a concern for the environment are values for Eaton
• Promote and facilitate incident and near miss reporting
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution.Minimum of 3 years of compliance experience within Aerospace or Defense industry.This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. "Green Card Holder"), Political Asylee or Refugee.Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.Relocation is not provided - candidates must reside within a 50 mile radius of the Eaton Orchard Park, NY facility
