　　As a key member of the Sales Operations Team, you will play a will play a pivotal role in the Prevention and Rehabilitation (P&R) business' supply chain management and operational team.

　　We are seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join us as a Supply Chain Analyst II in our Lewisville, TX office. This role will split time between building data models and PowerBI Dashboards for existing reports and providing analytical support and developing new reporting needs to drive efficiencies and empower leadership to make data-driven decisions.

　　WHAT WILL YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?

　　Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand needs and proactively identify solutions.Contributes to the efficiency and improvement of the organization by identifying, resolving, and eliminating reporting redundancy, and manual reporting problems.Builds, automates, maintains, and reports metrics and dashboards for various levels of leadership and teams across Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other departments as needed.Develops a data model with the Automation and BI Team to fully support Operations and Supply Chain needs with the availability to properly automate the reporting under one platform.Manages, analyzes, and performs advanced data analysis to solve supply chain and operations problems or service requests using PowerBI and other PowerApps, SQL, data modeling and similar tools.Creates data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI to align with initiatives and give guidance on the trends and/or findings within the data..Other duties as assigned.

　　WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?

　　Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field required.Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically related to data reporting/mining, business strategy, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field equivalent required. Experience working cross-functionally among teams and business groups required.Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including Pivot Tables), SQL, PowerBI and other Power Automate tools, Data Modeling, and database extraction required.
