　　Job Summary

　　The Supply Chain Administrator will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and clerical support for our Supply Chain requirements at Anord Mardix, Dundalk (IRE) . The role requires close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders (Finance, Logistics, Projects and Sales) and external parties including Clients, Customs Agents, Freight Forwarders and Vendors.

　　Roles and Responsibilities Supporting the wider Supply Chain team with administrative dutiesSupport the Procurement function in creating new SAP ID codes so materials can be ordered, data cleansing /maintenance for SAP dataSupport the procurement of direct and indirect materials as required and expediting / de-expediting of the same through SAP (inhouse training will be provided)To prepare Monthly / Quarterly Vendor Management reports with the assistance of the Senior Buyer for the top 15 vendors or as requiredTotal Ownership for New Vendor creation on SAP system as per SOX compliance.Updating all pricing on the SAP system as instructed by email only for any auditing purposesAdditional ad hoc duties for Supply Chain department as and when required.Knowledge and experience: Advanced Skills in Microsoft Office(Excel & PowerPoint).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to act both as a Team player and independently across multiple activities.Strong numerical and analytical skills.High level of speed and accuracy with excellent attention to detail.Efficient at organising and maintaining electronic documentation.Knowledge of SAP or an MRP system would be an advantage., however in house training will be provided.
