Join the Supplier Services Department and help us execute the data acquisition strategy with our data supplier partners. The Supplier Service organization is responsible for ensuring access to RX and sales data to support our retailers and wholesalers as it relates to data in the pharmaceutical and medical supply chain.
Under broad guidance, serve as one of the department’s key subject matter experts (SME) for the core data and reporting tools used by Supplier Services. Supports business development by assisting the account teams in defining and developing high value client deliverables. Acts as a key resource for producing such deliverable, ensuring they comply with all applicable business rules (e.g. confidentiality).
Responsible for remaining current on associated data (e.g., issues, changes, and enhancements) and acts as a key representative for Supplier Services across the company in related Stakeholder meetings. Disseminates applicable information to the department.
Essential Functions
Delivers on time high quality high value information services to the client facing account teams and their customers.
Proactively develops knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketplace from both traditional (pharma) and non-traditional (supplier) applications of IQVIA data.
Performs routine mathematical data analysis to develop customer specific solutions to unique business challenges faced by our data supplier partners.
Validates databases and deliverable for data accuracy. Identify and resolve any anomalies.
Gathers requirements, develops custom deliverable, fulfills report requests, and responds to customer questions under minimal supervision.
Assist on the departments Helpdesk, and serve as an escalation point for resolving issues, exceptions, and complex queries.
Ensures that deliverables meet customer specifications including timeliness and quality.
Ability to learn new tools and processes.
Train, guide, and answers questions from less experienced colleagues.
Maintain knowledge of current events and developments within the pharmaceutical marketplace, emphasizing issues concerning Retailers, Mail Service, Pharmacy Benefit Managers and Wholesalers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required.
3+ years related experience (business analysis, customer service) required.
Willing to work hybrid schedule from King of Prussia, PA office (2-4 days per month).
Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and customer service skills.
Experience with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
Experience working within the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
Experience with IQVIA data/products AND / OR , experience with business intelligence tools (E.g, Business Objects Web Intelligence (WEBI), required.
Knowledge of current events and developments within the pharmaceutical marketplace .

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $74,700.00 - $112,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
