Job DescriptionPart of SQM Plant without leading responsibilityIntroduce and maintain supplier quality assurance measures and activities to ensure the requested quality of the supplied parts and servicesExecute the consequent supplier management activities to track any quality deviations (zero tolerance for defects)Drive root cause analysis and enforce the definition and implementation of appropriate counter measures at the supplier to ensure that the parts and services meet the defined quality requirementsPerform process audits (maintenance and nonconformance) for the plant as planned and scheduledSecure implementation and compliance to IATF and VDA standardsLessons learned & read acrossContribute to the supplier quality related report in the plant (KPI driven)Use and support the data system to collect and evaluate supplier quality related key performance indicators (KPI's) and issue periodical quality performance reports and ensure that appropriate improvement actions are initiatedContinuous tracking of the target setting and plan fulfillment (monitoring, analysis control) in the context of Supplier Quality Management SystemCoordinate collection of the supplier related quality related costs (QRC)Implement the preferred supplier and component strategyInitiate, lead and drive supplier improvement programsDefine targets and control measures with the supplier in alignment with the SQM business and quality targetsAdditional Information
