About the Position: Serves as the Chief of the Plans Analysis and integration Office to plan, develop, and monitor implementation of plans, policies, procedures, and guidance for Garrison; provide means of measuring process improvements; and promote in organization efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities Advise the Garrison Commander on the integration of near, mid, and long-term programs, initiatives, and ongoing actions. Develop the installation strategic plan and lead the Installation Planning Board. Oversee and manage strategic evaluation and management systems and processes, including Stationing and Installation Status Report. Collaborate with internal and external experts to generate integrated assessments and products and build shared understanding across organizations. Prepare and coordinate briefings and correspondence on strategic planning process such as those provided for General Officer level decision making. Oversee staff actions and coordination through information papers, decision papers, briefings, and other staff products.
