JOB REQUIREMENTS: Supervise the daily operations of a geographicallyassigned sales team that sells to our residential customers offeringbest-in-class services and supporting the goals of soliciting newprospective customers. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively andconsistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customerexperience. Responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted headcount andsales goals. Strong project management skillsand the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives in afast-paced environment. Recruit, interview, hire, and train ResidentialMarket Development staff. Set clear expectations and hold employeesaccountable when expectations are not met in a consistent and fairmanner. Possess the knowledge and expertise to lead, guide, and developResidential Market Development Specialists in their role. Identifyknowledge and training gaps within the Residential Market DevelopmentSpecialist team and develop plans to address them. Be familiar withreporting and analytics necessary to drive and support businessdecisions. Collaborate with other departments and or support teams toachieve goals and objectives. Work allocated will consist ofapproximately 60% field work and 40% office work. Coach and followCharter\'s Sales Process. Communicate territory assignments toResidential Market Development Specialists. Monitor the payroll processand ensure timely and accurate approval of all commission payments.Handle employee relations issues, including performance appraisals,coaching, and training. Completes administrative tasks related to allsales activities and ensures their team does the same. Has a detailedunderstanding of Charters product offerings and value proposition in themarkets they sell in. Maintains current, in-depth knowledge of themarketplace, including competition, and ensures relationships withcustomers, business partners, and co-workers are positive andprofessional.
