Overview
Our Commerce Practice is a comprehensive capability managing the intersection of media and marketplaces. It helps clients understand the shopper needs and journey to identify and drive areas of growth, as well as link media to commerce for investment recommendations and management between brands’ direct-to-consumer sites and e-retailers. Publicis Media Commerce sits within Publicis Groupe’s end-to-end Commerce solution, bringing together technology infrastructure, media, and creative into a single offering.
This role is responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of Commerce, client-facing strategies and consulting capability within Publicis Media’s Commerce practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the strategy and execution of media campaigns across key Grocery, Club and Value retailers, including but not limited to Walmart, Kroger, Sam’s Club, Target, Instacart Dollar General
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (i.e. data analytics, audience strategy) to build insightful strategies that deliver on key KPIs and business objectives
Manage client relationships and lead communication during recurring statuses with core commerce clients
Lead RFPs process with key retail media networks and 3rd party vendors, with attention to audience targeting strategy and use of best practices
Manage large scale budgets at the retailer level and deliver reporting to client on a monthly cadence
Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and career development
Ad hoc requests and projects as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required, concentration in business, marketing, or advertising preferred
Previous online advertising experience with a focus on commerce media
Experience working with retail media networks vendors
Experience with managing and leading client communication
Experience developing media strategies that deliver on client business objectives
An analytical mindset with an ability to pull insights from multiple, large data sets
Deep experience and knowledge of the commerce ecosystem
Excellent presentation and communication skills, and the ability to transmit information, ideas, and solutions across different levels of stakeholders
Experience working in a fast paced environment and ability to manage various projects at once
Strong understanding of market consumer trends and marketplace readiness
Experience managing and supervising direct reports
Experience working with project management and account teams a plus
Previous agency experience a plus
Additional Information
Compensation Range: $64,500 - $100,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
