As a Credit Services Supervisor, your focus is the supervision of personnel supporting Credit Services and its various sub-functions. You'll coach representatives on the keys to delivering consistently accurate results. It'll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Related work: 6 years, ICOMs/CSG billing systemEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Technical Skills: Knowledge of cable television products and servicesSkills: Effective verbal and written communicationSchedule: Some travel required
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to develop process documentationUnderstanding of general accounting and billing proceduresEffective prioritization and organization in an always changing environment
