JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB SUMMARY Coordinate construction efforts throughin-house and contract labor for new construction, maintenance andrebuild projects. Responsible for safety and quality of work performedwithin the construction department. Responsible for the hiring,training, development, and performance management of staff. MAJOR DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively and consistently support all efforts tosimplify and enhance the customer experience Coordinate with engineersand developers in designing the plant; draw and sketch installation andlocation of equipment and cable; complete bill of materials (BOM) neededfor planned construction. Monitor contractor performance and ensureadherence to terms and conditions of agreements. Perform siteinspections for quality control for in house and contract labor.Reconcile submitted invoices to work completed in the field. Coordinatepermitting and make-ready process. Communicate with Manager ordesignated delegate to provide updates about construction progress.Review and process damage claims. Establish positive employee relationsthrough effective communication and ongoing support. Adhere to industryspecific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable. Know,understand and follow company policies. Perform other duties asrequested by manager.
