The World Trade Center Department is looking for a Customer Insights internto join their Customer Experience team!
About the World Trade Center Department:
The World Trade Center Department is responsible for operating, maintaining, and promoting the World Trade Center campus by leading cooperative efforts to enhance the general public's interests and experiences. This department seeks an intern to support its customer experience unit. This includes participating in projects to improve accessibility, wayfinding, communications, and general customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Create and program surveys at the direction of the Marketing Manager Assist existing customer experience team with analysis of data streams including but not limited to:
o Social media and website analytics tracking
o Customer/employee survey data
o QR code data
o Special event analytic data
Assist in daily analytics tracking and creating visualizations for Customer Experience programsUtilize social listening data and insights to pinpoint customer pain points and improvementsRemain abreast of industry trends in CX data analytics and prepare benchmarking recommendations.Participate in relevant meetings to provide data updates as needed.
Qualifications
Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program through the Fall 2024 semester (August 2024 or beyond)Experience with Microsoft apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc. Excellent written and oral communication skillsInterest in contributing to the success of the New York and New Jersey region. Interest in public service and/or transportationWillingness to learn.
Desired:
Interest in Communications, Marketing or similar fieldData gathering, management, and visualization experienceSocial Media Analytics (Hootsuite, Brandwatch, or similar) QR Code Tracking and Analytics (Beaconstac or similar) Website Analytics (Google Analytics, Google Console, and SEO Tools) Customer Survey Analytics (Medallia, Qualtrics, or similar) Analytical and problem-solving skills
Internship Details:
The start date will be Thursday, May 30 with an orientation that will take place at 4 World Trade Center in Lower ManhattanThe internship will last 12 weeks, ending on Friday, August 23This is a full-time internship (generally 5 days per week at 7.25 hours of work per day plus a 45-minute break)The format is expected to be hybrid, partially virtual and partially in-person at 4 World Trade Center in Lower ManhattanThe hourly salary range is $17.20 to $28.85 (the hourly salary is determined by internship type and school year)These details are subject to change.
