The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off).On-going learning opportunities within a diverse, inclusive and rewarding work environment.Onsite Cafeteria, remodeled with new equipment Fitness Center, and Outdoor fitness track.Responsibilities to Anticipate for this RoleMeeting and provided consistent Systems Engineering guidance.Support the requirement allocations activities (Size, Weight, Power, Cooling, Reliability, etc) to assure products are developed based on their assigned allocations and performance requirements.Support the development of the System Engineering Plan and Planning Activities.Support the development of the System Requirements Compliance Matrix.Manages the development of the Technical Performance Measures and coordinates.Supports design verification and validation activities.Supports system prototype integration activities.Supports the Engineering Review Board.Support the SEM in executing Systems Engineering activities and product deliverables.Support checkpoint reviews and associated Checklists/products.Assures technical products for milestones and deliverables are met.Qualifications SoughtPursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year university or college in an Engineering discipline.Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering majors are preferred.Attained at least a sophomore status based on university/college's class standing requirements, at the start of the internship.Minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.Must be at least 18 years old.Must be a U.S. Person (i.e. a lawful permanent resident of the U.S.)Must successfully pass standard pre-employment screens and must provide an official college or university transcript from their school before their first day of employment.Must meet Anthropomorphic Size Restriction (ASR) requirements.Must be able to complete a minimum of a full time, 3 month assignment.Desired ExperienceDemonstrated leadership and technical skills, commensurate with experience.Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word
