Gen AI Full Stack Developer:
We are seeking a talented Front End Developer with expertise in Node.js, React, and Typescript to join our Generative AI COE team. As a Front-End Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and enhancing the user interface and user experience (UI/UX) of our Gen AI applications. You will work closely with the Gen AI team to implement user-friendly designs and optimize the application for performance and efficient page rendering. If you are passionate about cutting-edge technologies and enjoy creating intuitive and visually appealing web applications, this role is for you.
Collaborate with the Gen AI team to investigate and propose enhancements to the current application's UI/UX.
Work closely with the Gen AI team and UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly designs and improve the overall UI/UX.
Optimize the application for performance, scalability, and efficient page rendering.
Ensure the security and data integrity of the Gen AI application.
Data Performance Analyst
Analyzing data sets to identify solutions for business-related customer issues
Transforming raw data into actionable information and insights that guide business decisions, with a focus on reporting to DTS service owners
Facilitating the onboarding of any new or modified DTS services, ensuring they align with a robust service ops framework
Understanding all DTS services and creating a unified service model/experience for our customers, fostering consistency and efficiency
Utilizing CSAT data to identify areas where customers are dissatisfied, contributing to the enhancement of the DTS service experience

Workday Integration Junior Developer/Analyst intern
learn to design, develop, test, and implement Workday integrations in addition to learning the HR/Payroll processes.
Analyze and translate business specifications and change requests into technical specifications
Learn about business processes, workflows, and modules in Workday for HR/Payroll
Learn and adopt SAFE software development practices as part of our SDLC
Understand and follow defined Workday integration/development standards and best practices
Ensure people data security, data privacy and data quality to be an important part of integration implementation

Data Engineer - AI/ML
Implement machine learning algorithms

Salesforce Lightning Developer Intern (Salesforce CPQ)
Design, architecture, and development of our client facing financial analytics product
Good experience in basic front end development frame languages and artifacts.
Understanding of both Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles and the importance of SDLC (Software Development Process) and coding methodology principles
