The Service Administration team provides exceptional experiences by supporting our internal and external customers with various requests via phone, email, and Salesforce.com. These activities include but are not limited to:
Preventative Maintenance Management
Dispatching of Field Engineers
Part order management
Product Returns & Credits
Quality review and submissions of FDA forms
Additionally, we monitor department and division goals, as well as partner with cross-functional teams, to ensure we are meeting and exceeding service levels.
Throughout the 10-12 weeks you'll have the opportunity to drive synergies within Diagnostics and Breast & Skeletal Health Admin and Tech Support.
Project deliverables are as follows:
Support project tasks to align workflow between Tech Support and Admin
Review and understand the e2e customer journey and make suggestions on workflow
Reduce the number of transfers between internal Hologic departments
Understand the FDA paperwork process and make suggestions on where this should live within the organization
We're looking for bright, inquisitive problem solvers who strive to make a difference. Key qualifications include the following:
Able to work full-time over the summer months (May-August)
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and have at least one semester remaining to complete after the internship
Majoring in Business Administration prefereed
Rising Junior or Rising Senior
Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.2/4.0
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience or exposure to working with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Oracle/SaleForce a plus
Ability to work onsite at our Marlborough, MA campus. Intern housing, relocation, and housing stipends are not provided.
The hourly pay range for this role is $19 - $30 per hour. Compensation is determined by class standing and operational function.
