Position Summary
Looking for a great summer internship experience? Here’s your chance to gain valuable work experience with a leading health care provider.
This internship will begin in late May and the duration of the internship program is 12 weeks. Please note that this position is onsite, located in Portland, Maine. Interns must live in Maine throughout the 12-week program. The pay rate is $20/hr.
The intern will assist with strategic projects related to but not limited to the following:
• Configuring of computing equipment, OS and software installation and basic hardware maintenance.
• Coordinating meetings with end users to transition to new computers.
• Assisting with the deployment and license management of supported hardware.
• Adheres to all established hardware configuration standards.
Job Description
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Currently enrolled in two or four-year degree program such as Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or Data and Analytics is preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, or strong willingness to learn
Experience working in an administrative and/or customer service oriented environment preferred
Genuine Interest in IT Service Operations

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a discreet and professional manner
