As an Intern, you'll have the opportunity to work with dedicated professionals in an exciting, fast-paced environment, learning the skills that will help you build a meaningful career. During the 10 week program, the intern will be assigned to work as part of our on-site Human Resources team assisting with functions such as DIB, compensation, payroll, employee relations, compliance, ADA, investigations and employee engagement. Additional work could include supporting HR's partnership with safety, loss prevention, and operations through auditing employee data for accuracy.

Currently enrolled as a college juniorProficiency with Microsoft OfficeIt'd be great if you also have:
Education toward a degree in a relevant major such as Human Resources, Communications, Business or Organizational LeadershipExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCapacity to work collaboratively in a team environment, excellent interpersonal skillsDemonstrated analytical skills with a strong attention to detailSolid ability to organize, multitask and prioritizeSome experience with data analytics and employee relationsWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
