As a Technical Product Manager Intern in the Transformation Office, you will get hands-on experience on a technology team that's leading transformation across the enterprise by driving the simplification of our technology footprint that enables efficiencies, cost reduction and tighter security across our application and asset portfolio.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Work with the team developing the solution for Application Lifecycle Management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:As a member of the Ecosystem Evolution Product team, the TPM will work closely with a Mentor, and under their guidance, perform the following functions for various tools and processes:Partner with product stakeholders to understand product vision and strategyPartner with product stakeholders to understand customer experience, identify areas of opportunity and create and manage customer journeys for assigned Product Feature(s)Assist in documentation activities including product details and application roadmapsAssist in Management of product feature(s)Contribute in requirement elicitation/design activities for assigned Product Feature(s)Assist in documentation of solution design using design tools - JiraAlign and UML diagramsAssist in the development and maintenance of status dashboards and reportsPartner with team members to build process related "How to" and "Best practices" guidesAssist in test phase activities including defect rationalization and triageParticipate in feature deployment activitiesWHAT IT TAKES:Good balance of technical skills and business acumenGood leadership, excellent written and verbal communication and people skillsCurious, willingness to learnGeneral understanding of software design and implementationGeneral knowledge of a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processBasic knowledge of PowerBI, PowerApps, JiraAt least 18 years of ageLegally authorized to work in the United StatesHigh School Diploma or GEDMust be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated with the last yearEmployees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for InternshipsEmployers does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students of F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.Intern wages range from $20/hour t
