Join the Ansys Student Internship Program to apply your education to assist the Ansys sales effort in helping our customers to solve real world engineering problems. Advance your career skills and experience work at Ansys. The student intern will be part of the Go To Market (GTM) organization, which supports our sales function with analytics, deal transactions, marketing and communications, and channel partner engagement. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to exercise their skills in their chosen area and develop knowledge and experience. The intern will get an opportunity to interact with Ansys global leaders and receive best in class mentorship and coaching.
The internship will run for 8 months please confirm with your university that you can complete those hours.
As an intern with the Commercial Operations team, you will support the business analysis efforts in alignment within our key transformational initiatives. Functioning as a business process analyst, this intern role will be responsible for translating and testing business requirements to provide recommendations, best practices and deliver solutions that provide actionable insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles inconsistency, and breaks down high-level information into detailsEffectively act as the liaison between our end-users and CRM development teams, partner with CRM development team to evaluate click vs. code options, serve as first line of QA testing for all development and integration work performed by CRM development team Work in an agile environment, utilizing Epics, Features and User Story method to scope out requirements with the Scrum teamWork closely with Operations teams within Marketing, Sales and Customer Service to drive consistency of global processesPrepare documentation on expected benefits, use cases, current/proposed process, workflows, data flows, process re-engineering studies, guides and organization structures in moderate to highly complex environmentsDocument and maintain process, policies, application configuration, and training material
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Exposure and/or interest in business process analysis, process performance improvement and user experience optimization Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail while maintaining a queue of multiple activitiesAbility to take on a variety of functional roles including business process analyst, QA tester and training as needed to ensure product successStrong writing skills with the ability to create business deliverables -- including process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria and training materials
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Salesforce Administrator (201) certification Experience using agile methodologies; managing backlog, grooming stories and preparing new release communicationsExperience with application lifecycle managements tools (TFS, Jira, etc.)Proficiency using Microsoft Visio or LucidChartAbility to learn and adopt new technologies as well as staying current on existing ones, pursuing experience and certifications in leading edge or primary technology areasOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
