About the Role:
The C-Suite Retention Intern for the Member Relationship team is responsible for retaining members of The WSJ Executive Networks consisting of the CEO Council, CFO Network, CIO Network and CMO Networks. You will help support those relationships with some of the most notable C-Suite Executives in the world and their offices from onboarding through ongoing engagement to ensure members utilize full benefits of membership delivered through exceptional service.
This role is hybrid, based in our New York City office.
You Will:
Review at-risk accounts and monitor levels of engagement
Conduct competitive Research
Create exit surveys
Create FAQ document for new and existing member teams
Research companies to target
Identify targets for the Retention Team to sell across networks (based on existing accounts)
You Have:
Completed at least two years toward your Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications or a business discipline
Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining excellent client relationships
Some experience or interest in professional sales, account management, or customer service experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proven presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills, enabling strong customer management and prompt follow-up
