Content Strategy and Operations Intern:
Your Impact (Responsibilities):
Identify research narrative and campaign opportunities based on market analysis.Assist in research questionnaire and interview guide development.Analyze data with attention to detail and quality control.Collaborate with research, PR, and marketing teams to develop hyper-relevant research narratives.Track campaign timelines to ensure on-time delivery of key milestones.
Employee Communications:
Your Impact (Responsibilities):
Demonstrate exceptional writing, thinking, and collaborative skills, contributing to the team's solution-oriented and vision-forward culture.Educate Salesforce employees about key initiatives and inspire action through well-crafted communication strategies.Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and unified narrative across various communication channels.Write memorable, engaging communications across other internal channels as needed to drive awareness of key initiatives (e.g. email, Slack, etc).Track program results and identify key learnings to help improve future programs and communications and communicate findings back to key stake holdersTranslate the company's narrative into compelling, on-brand communications, content, and presentations for employees.

Public Relations Intern:

Research, outline, write, edit, and proofread PR materials, including plans, briefings, and reports.Conduct media analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.Attend and support team meetings, contributing to ongoing activities and planning.Partner with the PR team to highlight the company's innovation across the industry.
