  Summary / Role Purpose

  Join the Ansys Student Internship Program to apply your education to assist the Ansys sales effort in helping our customers to solve real world engineering problems. Advance your career skills and experience work at Ansys. The student intern will be part of the Go To Market (GTM) organization, which supports our sales function with analytics, deal transactions, marketing and communications, and channel partner engagement. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to exercise their skills in their chosen area and develop knowledge and experience. The intern will get an opportunity to interact with Ansys global leaders and receive best in class mentorship and coaching. The internship will run for 3 months.

  As Ansys continues to expand in offices around the world, employee communications is more critical than ever. We're looking for an energetic communications intern to support this important function and ensure team members across Ansys are kept informed and excited about our strategy, initiatives, and company news. You will creatively conceive and execute communication plans using the current content strategy, which includes updating and posting employee information to the intranet and using push communications to raise awareness and inspire action. This individual will support various business operations functions, such as HR, finance, legal, and IT.

  Key Duties and Responsibilities

  Plan, edit, and write creative content and effectively utilize modern digital communications platforms: social media, video, and emerging technologies. Support editorial process for bi-weekly employee newsletter.Build content and news in SharePoint.Support internal social media efforts, facilitating employee communities and opportunities for employees to connect.

  Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience

  Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related degree

  Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  Effective, confident communicator — both written and oral — with a flair for storytelling. Ability to simplify messaging and package content into effective, manageable communications.Basic graphic design and video skills a plus. Office 365/SharePoint experience a plus.
