About Subcontract Management Staff

Description:

You will be the Subcontract Management Staff who will support the Multi Domain Missile Systems Program Area HELLFIRE and JAGM Program.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Subcontract Management Staff, you will be responsible major subcontract management responsibilities including being an Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with suppliers, internal cross functional teams, USG customer and LM leadership

• Administering contracts in accordance with LMAP and DFARs

• Supporting supplier lot acceptance testing and failure review boards

This job will require some travel to key supplier locations and in office attendance a minimum of two days a week.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

Must have ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Experience Leading Cross Functional Team

Experience with DoD SubContracts and Proposals

Ability to Travel

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
