Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides general support for District 12 Administration staff.
Completes weekly and daily duties as set forth by the Senior Administrative Coordinator.
Multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Greets visitors, answers and screens calls, provides information and referrals, and schedules appointments. Receives, sorts, and routes mail and performs other mail services.
Performs data entry/retrieval functions.
Assists with Web site maintenance.
Vehicle fleet support - Facilitates the following: cleaning exterior/interior of vehicles, monitor regular fleet services such as oil changes and inspections (onsite or off-sourced).
Performs additional duties as assigned as part of the Student Assistant job responsibilities.
Must have the ability to work cooperatively with others.
