Streaming and Live Sports Strategy and Business Intern
Summary
Dolby Laboratories is looking for a motivated and passionate intern to join our Live Sports and Streaming team. You will work on projects that involve researching, analyzing, and developing strategies for implementing Dolby's technologies and solutions in the streaming and live sports markets.
As an intern, you will: Conduct market research and analysis on the trends, opportunities, and challenges in the streaming and live sports industry Engage with partners to understand business needs and goals around delivery of live sports across platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure end to end support for solutions in Dolby with key partners To be successful in this role, you should have: A strong interest and knowledge of the streaming and live sports industry, especially in the areas of content creation, distribution, and consumption An understanding of Dolby's technologies and solutions, including Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision A background or degree in business, strategy, marketing, or a related field Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills A self-starter attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges A team player mindset and a collaborative work style We recognize that applying to internships can be a daunting process. ELIGIBILITY
Recent graduate from undergrad or MBA program. Recent grads who are within 6 months of graduation are also eligible to apply. Must be available to work full-time Monday-Friday for 6 months between May/June 2024 - Nov/Dec 2024.
Start date for the internship is as follows: (note these dates are not flexible) Monday, May 20, 2024 Monday, June 3, 2024 Monday, June 17, 2024 The San Francisco/Bay Area base hourly range for this internship position is $32-44/hr and can vary if outside of this location. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
