　　Ecommerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules, and systems to ensure quality. As the Anti-fraud product manager, you will be responsible for building, improving, and monitoring business processes that detect and prevent fraudulent activities in various scenarios including but not limited to transactions, KYC, after-sales and seller-buyer-creator interactions.

　　Responsibilities:

　　1. Develop forward-looking risk control strategies through analyzing user behavior, content, user feedback and other data, drive the improvement and upgrade of product safety mechanisms, and be responsible for the effect of risk solution plans;

　　2. Cooperate with tech and analytic, build and improve risk perception, identification, intervention and governance effect measurement systems, and design common risk control products and services that can support different businesses;

　　3. Reduce capital loss and improve metrics related to risk exposure by building a systematic framework of risk management to cover the entire life-cycle of business;

　　4. Manage prioritization and balance trade-offs among seller experience, user experience, creator experience, and platform performance/protection within the ecosystem;

　　5. Engage with various business, operation, tech and security/risk stakeholders to solve risk problems at scale;

　　Qualifications

　　1. Bachelor's degree or above with a background in Computer Science, Business Analytic, Math, Statistics, or related field;

　　2. At least 2+ years of relevant experience in one of the following areas: Antifraud, Finance Service, Risk Management, Trust & Safety. Experience in eCommerce or Tech industry is a plus;

　　3. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis is required; Fundamental understanding of statistics or Machine Learning based algorithms is a plus;

　　4. Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and driving innovation on behalf of internal and external stakeholders;

　　5. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions

　　6. Quick understanding of new fraud motives and sensible diagnosis of key control points;

　　7. Proven communication skills in verbal and written;

　　8. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively liaise with people at all levels;

　　[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

　　The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136800 - $272916 annually.

　　Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
