As a Strategy & Planning Advisor within PNC's Intelligent Automation organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Birmingham or Dallas. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.
Intelligent Automation sits at the intersection of business, innovation, and artificial intelligence (AI) to enable PNC's businesses to transform. We solve the bank's toughest problems while improving customer and employee experiences. As a Center of Excellence (CoE), we work hand in hand with different line of businesses and their technology teams to identify and help deliver high value business opportunities, maintain and enhance AI technologies and capabilities, and bring new AI technologies into the bank.
Our group functions starts with Business Consultants who scan for strategic, high-value, innovative opportunities. Then we bring our expertise across several AI domains including Generative AI, Conversational AI / Virtual Assistant, Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, Document AI, and Robotic Process Automation. Finally, we have a Research and Development arm that assesses emerging technologies.
We are looking for the following skill-set for this role:
Strategy consulting background, preferably from a Consulting company.
Responsibilities include doing current state assessment of business functions, typically the Operations space and create opportunities for efficiency, revenue growth, customer experience, speed to market, etc.
Knowledgeable of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, a plus
This is a business, strategy role, therefore no particular application knowledge needed.
Business Administration, Strategy, Innovation degrees and/or experience
Ability to work independently and mentor or direct team of junior associates.

Supports strategic initiatives to understand, analyze, recommend and deliver strategy and planning solutions.Supports team in providing expertise to create the definition, understanding and framing of complex business initiatives.Executes advanced planning, analysis, solution development and presentation for strategic initiatives. Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. Specific certifications are often required.
