Job Description:
The Project Manager role is responsible for coordinating the timely and quality delivery of clinical and business transformation projects across the health system and partner organizations. This includes taking a lead role within every phase of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, assessment, execution, monitoring and closure. The project manager drives results by coordinating resources, managing deliverables, effectively communicating updates while ensuring quality across the partner organizations to reach the value targets. They will engage with project managers from across the partner organizations to ensure clear direction and process. Responsible for directing multiple complex, risk-assessed projects.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:
BS in Analytical, healthcare, business, finance required. Strong knowledge of Project/Program Management (5 years) required. 5 years of experience leading large organization change projects required. 5 years of experience leading cross functional teams as well as multiple organization teams required. PMP Certification preferred.
