  STRATEGY MANAGER/ REVENUE MANAGEMENT & PRICING

  We seek a Manager to join our Buenos Aires office. The Manager will focus on managing a large-scale program with a focus on pricing and revenue management. As a Manager, you will:

  Responsibilities:

  Lead discussions with client senior management on both client-specific matters and issues affecting the client program you will be leading Drive program management execution by ensuring progress, organizing project data, and coordinating team meetings and guiding and teaching more junior team membersStructure and develop client deliverables in PowerPoint, including "telling the story" with supporting analysis in a clear and effective mannerParticipate in presentation and communication of results to clients and internal teamsProvide thought leadership and innovation within projects and practice areasMotivate, coach, and serve as a role model for project team membersManage projects and client relationshipsDrive business and strategy developmentContribute to internal firm activities and advancing ZS's capabilities

  Qualifications:

  MBA or an advanced degree in business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical or life sciences, engineering, applied math, statistics, or related fields. At least 4 years of post-MBA or PhD work experience; in lieu of an MBA or PhD, candidates with 7-9 years of relevant work experience in a management consulting firm Candidates with a combination of program management and revenue management/ pricing preferred Hospitality experience is a plus Ability to develop, shape, and inform hypotheses on key client issuesHigh motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiativeAptitude for and enjoyment of leading and managing teamsEffective oral and written communication skills that enables personal impact with senior-level decision makersStrong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindsetAnalytic problem-solving skills, with a creative and innovative outlookClient service orientationEnjoys fast-paced work environmentsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously
