Creating new and incremental revenue will require significant shifts in how Diageo goes to market and shapes new consumer behaviour. It will require new capabilities to be develop and a fully integrated business strategy.

Diageo GB has created a new strategy and transformation function to shape the future and ensure strategic shifts are created and embed into the business plan and organization capabilities.
In this role, as a Strategy and Transformation Lead, you will report into the Strategy & Transformation Director and will be responsible for leading Exec-selected business projects to drive business transformation that fuels growth against GB’s strategic breakthrough areas.
Top Accountabilities
Formulating a business case and defining the biggest areas to win, you will define a strategic vision and translate that into a tangible execution plan with clear milestones, outcomes and limitations (e.g. deadlines, resource allocation).By owning the E2E project plan, you will set objectives and define success criteria – defining the project scope, budget, milestones, and key deliverables.Mobilizing a cross-functional team (in-house and/or agency), you will leverage a wide network of stakeholders and drive commitment through effective delegation and empowermentYou will own the communication and change management agenda – defining the end-to-end capabilities required to embed the change proposal and upskilling your wider network to ensure seamless deliverySomething about defining success criteria and measuring effectiveness of project and delivery. Qualifications & Experience Required
10 years + experience in FMCG business ideally across different demand creation functionsPrevious experience of business transformation and unlocking complex problems to drive maximum benefitStrong evidence of being a catalyst for change – using data and insight to shape your thinking unlock valueExceptional project management skills with experience of delivering complex transformation agendas from ideation to executionStrong communication and interpersonal skills with experience influencing a range of stakeholders across multiple functional areasAbility to negotiate, influence and manage conflicting prioritiesExperience of working within a cross-functional team and driving buy-in and commitment across your networkExperience in complex problem solving
